What does choices and rationale mean?

For a school paper I have to write a business ysis. I've included things like porter's five forces and value chain, SWOT, and competitors. Now I'm almost done with the paper and I have to write about choices and rationale and I have no idea what my teacher means by this. Of course I had to wait til the last minute to write the paper so it is too late to contact my teacher for answers. Please help. Thx
