What do I say to my mom or dad? (Caught Masturbating)?

I'm pretty careful when i masturbate so no one catches me, but I have a feeling i can't keep it up without being caught... if/ when this happens, what do i say to my mom/ dad? I know that my mom masturbates, because i found her vibrator, and i know it's been used... is that something i should suggest if my mom catches me? thanks
