Final fantasy xiii HELP ?

I'm stuck in the ruined tower on gran pulse. The one where I have to get the statues swords back AND I CAN'T BEAT THE FREAKIN AMBLING BELLOWS MISSION. THIS THING IS DRIVING ME CRAZY.
